BaseTek specializes in the design and build of polymer composite machine tool castings constructed of Zanite®. Typical applications include: high speed machining cells, turning centers, CNC knee mills, milling machines, waterjet and laser cutting machines and precision grinders. Our base foundations offer significant vibration dampening, enhanced thermal stability and increased corrosion resistance over typical metal structures. We also fill weldments of most any shape or size to enhance vibration dampening and increase the reliability of your sturucture.
